British Queen husband Prince Philip dies

Prince Philip, husband of British Queen Elizabeth II, has died. The cause of his death is not yet known. He is more than a hundred years old.

In 2017, he was involved in a car accident. He was 97 years old at the time. The 97-year-old prince was killed in a Land Rover accident. He was examined by a doctor in Sandringham State after the accident. Many questioned Philip ability to drive with five months to go before he reached 98.

In the UK, drivers over the age of 70 must have their licenses updated every three years. Although Queen Elizabeth did not require a driver’s license, it was mandatory for Philip. Prince Philip, the husband of Britain’s Queen Elizabeth II, retired from the throne a few years ago. The decision was made by The Duke of Edinburgh, Prince Philip himself, with the support of Queen Elizabeth, as announced by the Birkingham court.


In 2016, Prince Philip became the fifth busiest member of the royal family to attend 110 days of state functions. He is affiliated with more than 780 organizations. It is said that Prince Philip made the decision not because of poor health but because of his advanced age.
