KEEP Paul Shah in jail – Pokhara High court appeal

Paul Sah, who has been in police custody for 96 days after being remanded in custody and remanded in custody for several days, was scheduled to be heard in the Pokhara High Court on June 3. A bench of Pokhara High Court Judges Ujjwal Sukla and Shridhara Kumari Budhasaini upheld the district’s order. Earlier, the district court in Tanahu and Nawalpur had remanded Paul Sah in custody for trial. The jailer said that while Paul Sah was in jail, his health condition was normal and he always visited his relatives and fans in 5-6 days. He said that after the Pokhara High Court ordered Sah to be reimbursed for appearing in the court, it was up to the court to decide what he had sent and what the court would decide.

Paul Sah, who has been in prison for a long time, has been asked by the National and International House of Representatives to keep Paul Sah in jail. He is angry that he was imprisoned. For a long time, the date of his trial has been postponed for various reasons, which has led to delays in getting justice for Paul Sah. He said that if the innocent girl was incarcerated by inciting the girl victim, then the public hearing on the court will die tomorrow, so the hearing of the case should not be delayed.

While giving bail in the district court Tanahu at 2 pm on Sunday, she said that the details given in the complaint were not true. He said that he would remain in jail till he was acquitted by both the courts. He said that after taking statements from both of them, the court would pronounce its verdict, Tanahu would take final statement and Nawalparasi would take final statement. Bhurna Bahadur has said that out of the sentences given by the two courts, the one who gives more sentence will get the same punishment.

In the petition, the victim has declared that the incident took place in Pokhara on 2077-09-10 and in Tanahu on 2078-01-14 and there is a legal provision to lodge a complaint within one year of the incident. Paul Sah, the protagonist who was sent to jail for trial on the basis of the petition filed by the minor singer alleging rape, has directed the Pokhara High Court against the order issued by the district court against Tanahu. Bishnu Prasad Adhikari, Information Officer of the Pokhara High Court, informed that a petition has been filed in the High Court seeking the same.

Paul will now be held in solitary confinement and will be jailed if convicted by both courts. Paul Sah is facing similar charges in two places, and if convicted, he will be sentenced by the same court, the lawmaker said. Paul Sah said that he went to the shooting of the Chitwan music video and, 1-2 months after returning from there, he called and said that he had heard a lot of rumors about us. Sah said that after the girl repeatedly gave him a toucher to get married and when he started pressuring her in the media to identify him as his wife, he told her to do whatever he wants.
