Chairman of the Democratic Socialist Party (LOSPA) Mahanta Thakur has said that they are unlikely to join the government.
This was stated by Chairman Thakur at a press conference held at Rajbiraj in Saptari on Monday. He also said that he had not received any offer to join the government.
Stating that their priority is demands and issues, Thakur said, “We want our issues to be addressed.”
Similarly, senior LSP leader Rajendra Mahato said that Jaspa had worked to divide and weaken Madhes and clarified that an alliance could not be formed in the upcoming election. Mahato said that they tried to strengthen the party but the Upendrajis went to the Election Commission and split it.
