Oli, who reached the parliament after a year later, heated up the parliament.

CPN (UML) Chairman KP Sarma Oli, who was not seen in the parliament after the fall of the government, has come to the parliament a year later and addressed the gathering.  He had objected to the policy and Budha 136.  Since he won the election, the government has been helpless in the face of foreigners. The US Secretary of State has been in office for three days now.  Twice a week, by raising the price of petroleum products, the government attacked the people, and the Nepali Congress lost its identity through policies and programs, he told parliament.

This government is a comfortable government from the very beginning. How did the fair election take place when the polls were not held for 14 days? Where did the right to defeat the opposition come from?  The CPN (Maoist), which came to the government with a two-thirds majority, also lost all its posts due to internal disputes.  Prime Minister Kipi Oli arrived in Balkot from Baluwa Tar and the ministers of six provinces were removed.  As soon as KP Oli gets a platform, he starts abusing leaders like Madhan Nepal and Prachanda.

It has been said that all the evidence of playing with fierce fire is known, it is over by itself.  Prime Minister Ser Bahadur Deuba was embarrassed to bring all these parties together.  The Communist Party of Nepal (UML) had blocked the parliament and did not allow any action to take place.  The differences between the leaders made it difficult for even Prime Minister Ser Bahadur Deuba to work.  After that, in an alliance, the Nepali Congress ran its own government with Deuba as its prime minister, with the opposition party, the CPN-UML, blocking parliament.

After all the proceedings of the parliament were suspended, Prime Minister Ser Bahadur Deuba went to Balkot to reach an agreement with KP Oli.  Ram Chandra Poudel, the coordinator of the five-party alliance, lost his job as the special envoy of the five-party bloc formed to run the Nepali Congress government when the opposition did not show up in the parliament.  KP Oli had sent a message to release the five-party alliance if it needed UML’s help.  During the meeting, he reiterated his stance that the posts of 14 parliamentarians, including Madhab Nepal, should be disbanded.

The meeting between Deuba and Oli did not seem easy to reach a consensus.  It is not only the two leaders who have reached an agreement but also the five alliances and Oli.  Due to political liquidity, these parties were not able to reach a consensus.  The UML has been obstructing the parliament since September 8 due to the clash with the speaker rather than the ruling party.  The UML did not come to an agreement even though the Prime Minister and the Speaker convened an all-party meeting for the exit.
