The CPN (UML) is making a final effort to resolve the dispute. Talks have been started by waking up the slow-moving task force. Leaders have become enthusiastic after both Chairman KP Sharma Oli and Madhav Nepal signaled to implement the suggestions brought by the task force. Both Oli and Nepal are preparing to issue a joint statement on the draft brought by the task force.
It can be understood that the leaders of the opposition were shocked when the UML was making intense efforts to deceive Madhav Nepal, who had gone to join the opposition dissatisfied with Chairman Oli.
In collaboration with the opposition alliance, Nepal has signed an agreement to make Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba the Prime Minister and submitted it to the Supreme Court. Since the decision of the Supreme Court has not come, the UML has moved ahead in a positive direction.
A meeting of the task force trying to reconcile the CPN-UML has also started on Wednesday. Wednesday’s meeting is said to have prepared the draft. Meanwhile, CPN-Maoist Central Committee Chairman Pushpa Kamal Dahal has reached Koteshwor to meet senior UML leader Madhav Kumar Nepal while a meeting of the task force is being held at Singha Durbar.
After returning from Janakpur, Prachanda reached his residence in Koteshwor directly from the airport. The UML task force is trying to reconcile Oli and Nepal. The Oli faction has demanded that the signature of Deuba be made the prime minister. But Nepal is committed to an opposition alliance with the Congress. He has been saying that he will not return the signature.
