With the expiration of eight ministries of the Janata Samajwadi Party (JSP), three ministers have become ministerless. Minister for Women and Children Juli Kumari Mahato, Minister for Forests Prem Ale and Minister for Land Management Dr. Shivamaya Tumbahamphe’s ministry has been snatched away.


Eight ministries were concluded during a meeting between Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli and JSP leaders on Friday. Accordingly, Jaspa has got the ministries of urban development, energy, drinking water, land management, labor, youth and sports, women and children and forest. Those who lost their ministerial posts again; It is unknown at this time what he will do after leaving the post.

Similarly, CPN-UML General Secretary Ishwor Pokharel has decided not to repeat the cabinet expansion. Similarly, another minister Pradip Gyawali will not be repeated. Oli will hand over his ministry to Raghuvir Mahaseth and Sher Bahadur Tamang. In the new cabinet, Raghuvir Mahaseth will be the Deputy Prime Minister and Sher Bahadur Tamang will be the Health Minister. According to a source close to the UML, Pokharel has reshuffled the current cabinet as he has expressed his desire to focus on party work with Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.


Bishnu Poudel and Raghuvir Mahaseth from UML will become the Deputy Prime Minister after Pokhrel will not be in the government. According to sources, Poudel will be the Deputy Prime Minister along with the Finance Minister while Raghuvir will be the Deputy Prime Minister along with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Similarly, Sher Bahadur Tamang will be the Health Minister.
