Hindu Jagran Nepal has filed a complaint with the Film Development Board regarding the name of the film produced by famous actress Jharna Thapa, her husband, producer-director Sunil Thapa, and starring Suhana Thapa. In the complaint letter submitted to the board on Wednesday, it is said that it is unfair to make a film on a holy name like Shrimad Bhagavad Gita on an inter-caste love story.
It has come to the news that Jharna Thapa named Bhagwat Gita based on an inter-caste love story. Since the inter-caste love relationship is shown in the movie, it is found that if the importance of the holy name and scriptures of Shrimad Bhagavad is shown and the scenes of the movie are not shocking, then there is a controversy.
Also, in the case of the production and broadcasting of any film, in coordination with the official organization of the religious sector, the production and broadcasting permission should be obtained only in such a way that the story does not offend the religious sector and social values, but the production team has said that it was produced without asking.
President Sagar Thapa and President Ramakrishna Upadhyay of Hindu Jagran Nepal have signed and said that the film should be stopped from doing harm to the faith of any institution or organization. Jharna Thapa’s film ‘Bhagwat Gita’ was announced on the occasion of Krishna Janmashtami. Jharna’s daughter Suhana Thapa will play the lead role in the film, while the actor has not been finalized.
Sunil Kumar Thapa has informed that the movie is not relative to any religion. Suhana Thapa and Jharna Thapa who came to Nepal after staying in America for a long time are enjoying taking selfies with their elderly parents in Pasupati. Mother and daughter went to the old people’s ashram and fed food to the old man and mother, they were having fun. Jharna Thapa, who came into the limelight from the Nepali film industry, recently brought her daughter Suhana into the film industry.
