Satya Mohan Joshi, a 103-year-old articulate centenarian, died 24 days after being admitted to the hospital while being treated in the ICU. He died at Kisht Hospital during treatment at 7:09 am on Sunday morning. His body was kept in the hospital till 12 o’clock for homage and was taken to Lalitpur Metropolitan City. People from dignitaries to VIPs were present to pay homage to Joshi. From Krishna Kadel, the leader of the Indreni program, to the Prime Minister came to pay tribute to him.
