The country with the tallest building in the world

The official name of Hong Kong is the People’s Republic of China Special Administrative Region. Spread over 1,106 square kilometers, this country is 133 times smaller than Nepal. With a population of 7.5 million, the average life expectancy is 85 years. Hong Kong is a special administrative region of China. Once a fishing village, the country has become a commercial hub through salt production. At one time this place was also known as a strategic place.

With a population of 7,140 people per square kilometer, it is the most densely populated city in the world. 93.6 percent of the people living here are indigenous to China, while the rest belong to other communities. Here the ancestors of the Cantonese-speaking tribes are mainly from the neighboring province of Canton. Joe fled to Hong Kong in the 1930s and 1960s to escape war and communist rule. After the First Opium War, Hong Kong became a colony of the British Empire. China ceded the city to Britain through the Kaunun Peninsula in 1860 and the New Territory in 1898. During the Pacific War of 1941-45, Hong Kong was occupied by Japan. Hong Kong remained under British control until China gained sovereignty in 1997. After being liberated from the clutches of the British, Hong Kong was able to breathe a sigh of relief.

Hong Kong is a Chinese name and means very special. Not only the lifestyle of both China and Britain but also the style of governance can be seen here. A multi-party system can be seen in Hong Kong. The government here has its own rules. One hundred percent of the people here live in the city. Although Hong Kong is part of China, it is still an island. As the policy here is different, one country is called two systems. The country has its own government and is run according to its own economic system. There are many islands in Hong Kong.Only a few islands are inhabited. Some islands are uninhabitable. The reason for not wanting to go to the island is the belief that there are ghosts in those islands.

In Hong Kong, one garden can be seen every 100 meters. Forty percent of the land is green. People here are doing something in the park. Even though it is a small town, the buildings are big. People here believe that the home will be better when the first child is born and the second daughter is born. Here number 4 is considered ominous. There is free tuition up to class 12. The people here celebrate a festival in April and May. It is customary to make a cake for this festival. The cake is believed to be eaten by ghosts from a nearby island.
